On October 28th the Burlington City Council will be voting on a resolution against the Vermont Air National Guard and the basing of the F35 at the Burlington International Airport. Even though the Burlington City Attorney has instructed the Council members they have no legal standing to prohibit the military from using the Airport, the Council is still going ahead with a vote on this resolution.
